About the Opportunity
This role will lead a production cell (assembly, fabrication, or QC and distribution) at Utemaster's Kerepehi branch ensuring steady production flow. You will foster our continuous improvement culture, be a hands-on leader (with a small team of 3-8), supporting them to achieve their KPI's.
You will be joining a great culture made up of bright hard-working people, who work together to achieve common goals. In return for what you bring to the table, you will be an integral part of this business – we will invest in your training and support your progression.
This opportunity will operate full-time, working five days a week (Monday-Friday).
6am start with finish time varying between 3-4.30pm pending production backlog (standard 42.5 hour week).
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Experience with Health and Safety compliance, regulations & process.
